2 Mediation
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be referred to mediation under the rules of the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR).
3 Litigation
If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through the courts as specified in the Governing Law section above.
General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hunter Interactive Limited.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
